Whisk egg yolk powder and curry powder. Add sugar. Add milk. Mix and turn fire off immediately. Mix with chicken and toss until coated. So, the verdict! At first the son wouldn’t eat it because he said it looks weird. He’s a chicken monster so that’s saying something. When he saw the father having several, he got curious and tasted it. Needless to say, there was nothing left and all left the table satisfied. Hooray! I heard that this is a Singapore dish so plus one for Anakin’s food and cooking experiences.
